We originated out of our current firms which are still active:

Geotech Nano Chemicals (2008) – A cutting edge technology for construction/ mining chemicals
Geo Paint (2013) – A decorative and industrial paint designs with nano silica & polymers
Geo Fresh Produce (2016) – Specialises in peppers for export markets. Started nutrient formulation/ insecticides and pesticides. Mineral development
Geo Greenhealth (2018) – cGMP – Cultivation and GMP – Manufacturing licensed facility. (SAHPRA) Geo Greenhealth is registered as a wholesale Pharmacy (Geo Pharma)
Tsema Keru (2012) – Means Small Karoo. The directors also own a licensed Sceletium farm in Oudtshoorn in the heart of the Small Karoo. South Africa

By keeping mother Nature and human lives in consideration, Geo Greenhealth produce state of the art medicines by combining in-house GMP Manufacturing and cGMP Cultivation experiences into pharmaceutical grade products. Our unique extraction (cold extraction) consists of a full cannabinoid profile of 400+.

All nature orientated biomass is used for prioritizing our medicine and only top-quality extracts are used like Cannabinoids and Alkaloids

Our Team

Nico Du Rand

CEO/Facility Manager

Nico is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Geo-Greenhealth. He came from an engineering a construction background where he specialized in new technology. Designs concrete additives/ chemicals and started their own paint ranges. Since 2017 he actively pursued plant development on THC, CBD and Sceletium for the global market and medical industry.

Andries van der Walt

Responsible Pharmacist

Andries studied B-Pharm at NWU. He also specialized in Hospital-, Industrial-, Mining & Civil and Private Health Care. He owned his own practices and were involver at Geo-Greenhealth since 2020 in Cannabis Research. Andries did his CHEEBA Medicinal Certificate and Medicinal QMS and SOP’s for manufacturing.

Andries oversees the production of all Sceletium, THC and CBD extracts.

Annabelle White

Production Pharmacist

Annabelle studied B.Pharm at NWU. She has experience in training, retail and hospital pharmacy, Drug Utilization Review, Operation Manager at Wholesale level, and was CEO of her own group of pharmacies. She is in charge of the production at Geo-Greenhealth.

Annabelle oversees the production of all Sceletium, THC and CBD formulations.

Wayne van Rooyen

Authorised Representative

Since 2008, Wayne is working for Geotech Nano Chemicals. He specialized in construction chemicals and designed concrete systems for the civil and mining industry. For the past 2 years he is the Cultivator of Geo-Greenhealth, where he develops growing procedures and nutrition’s in the product line as well as new cultivations with their research permit.

Joan Du Rand

HR/Financial Manager

Joan studied Human Resource Management and practiced it for 13 years. Between 2008 – 2018 she worked for Geotech Nano Chemicals as a Financial Manager. For the past year she is working for Geo-Greenhealth in the same profession, where she ensured that all of the company’s financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation.
